Restorative Prosthetics Implant Centre (RPIC) is seeking an experienced Full-Time Dental Technician/ceramist to join our team in Melbourne, VIC.

RPIC is a Melbourne-based dental laboratory specialising in high-quality implant restorations, crowns, bridges, veneers and full-arch prosthetics. We combine advanced digital dental technology with expert craftsmanship to deliver precise, aesthetic and predictable outcomes for dental professionals.

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Dental Technician with robust experience in ceramic work, implant crowns and All-on-X/full-arch restorations. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced technical team to produce high-quality restorative work.

Key Responsibilities
Design and fabricate crowns, veneers, implant restorations, bridges and full-arch cases.
Perform ceramic build-up and layering.
Work with CAD/CAM systems, including Exocad, 3Shape or similar.




Ensure restorations meet high standards of fit, function, occlusion and aesthetics.
Collaborate with clinicians and other members of the laboratory team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant dental laboratory experience.
Solid experience in ceramic work, particularly implant crowns and All-on-X cases.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, preferably Exocad, 3Shape or similar.
Valuable understanding of occlusion, aesthetics and functional restorative design.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Salary$79,000–$82,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. Location: Melbourne, VIC
