Ku-ring-gai Fitness & Aquatic Centre (West Pymble) is a vibrant community recreation centre operated by The Y NSW in partnership with Ku-ring-gai Council. The centre features a up-to-date gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, group fitness programs, swimming lessons, and family-friendly facilities, serving people of all ages across the local community.

Your Role

Welcome members and visitors with exceptional customer service
n
Manage memberships, bookings, and program enquiries
n
Process payments and transactions accurately
n
Support smooth day-to-day centre operations
n
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
n

Essential Requirements

Working With Children Check
