Role DescriptionWe are looking for a friendly, skilled, and passionate Barista to prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service and supporting smooth café operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, tea, and hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment.
Ensure consistent beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
Provide friendly and qualified customer service.
Recommend beverages and assist customers with menu selections.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic coffee bar and work area.
Monitor stock levels and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
Check ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and handling.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and daily café operations.




Handle customer feedback professionally and support the team during busy periods.
Report equipment issues and assist with routine cleaning and maintenance.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Previous Barista or café experience is preferred.
Positive knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-making techniques.
Experience with professional coffee machines is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
