Techforce Personnel is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's Operations team. This is a great prospect for a customer-focused qualified to become the key point of contact for external clients — including Defence stakeholders and industry partners — in a security-conscious, compliance-driven setting.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate service delivery, manage client communications, and support day-to-day operations, working closely with internal engineering and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities:
Serve as the key point of contact for clients and Defence stakeholders
Manage enquiries, communications and reporting in line with SLAs and Defence protocols
Prepare work orders, invoices, quotations and client documentation
Collaborate with operations, engineering and logistics teams
Support compliance, audits and HSE requirements

Essential requirements:
Experience in customer service,



coordination or stakeholder engagement within a regulated environment;
strong communication skills;
high attention to detail;
ability to manage confidential information and competing priorities;
proficient in business systems and MS Office applications.

Desirable:
Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or a Degree/Diploma in Production or Project Management;
Defence, government or Defence-industry experience;
understanding of Defence contracts/SLAs;
familiarity with security clearance processes.
