Now Hiring: BIM Specialist Modeler – Electrical Construction

n

Are you an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler looking to work on exciting commercial construction projects? We're seeking a detail-oriented qualified with experience in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks to join a growing team that values collaboration, innovation, and quality.

What You'll Do

n

n
Develop and maintain electrical BIM models throughout the construction lifecycle
n
Perform constructability reviews and clash detection using Navisworks
n
Coordinate with project teams through weekly BIM coordination meetings
n
Generate quantity takeoffs and support project documentation
n
Update and manage BIM models, file exchanges, and milestone submissions
n
Collaborate with engineers, designers, architects, and field teams to deliver coordinated models
n

What We're Looking For

n

n




2+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
n
1+ year of BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience
n
1+ year of 3D modeling experience
n
Associate degree in CAD or related field preferred
n
Proficiency with:
n
Revit
n
AutoCAD MEP
n
Navisworks Manage
n
Bluebeam Revu
n
Microsoft Office
n
