Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and build solid rapport with our members.
Understand and anticipate customer needs to ensure consistent satisfaction.
Show cultural sensitivity and foster meaningful connections with diverse customers.
Work adaptable shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications
Extensive customer service experience.
Proven ability to manage relationships effectively.
Experience handling difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to cultural diversity issues.




Goal‑oriented with a robust focus on service satisfaction.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Hotel concierge experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Korean (highly desirable).
Flexibility to work various rostered shifts.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
Current RSA and RCG certifications.
