Mercedes-Benz Sydney is seeking an ambitious New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting prospect to represent one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands within Australia’s leading authorised Mercedes-Benz retail group.

The Role
Achieve individual sales, profit and performance targets
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with recent and existing customers
Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience throughout the entire sales journey
Proactively generate new business and follow up sales prospects
Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve dealership objectives
Maintain accurate customer records and consistently follow all sales processes

About You
A minimum of two years’ experience in automotive sales or a similar results-driven sales role
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
A strong drive to achieve targets




The ability to build trust and develop lasting customer relationshipsA positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
The ability to contribute effectively within a close-knit, high-performing team
A current and valid NSW driver’s licence
