We’re currently seeking an experienced, energetic and well-presented casual Barista All-Rounder to join our incredible team at Strathfield Golf Club, part of The Fresh Collective’s diverse range of venues.

The Kiosk operates seven days a week from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, while the Bistro is open daily for lunch and dinner.

Casual rates: Mon–Fri $33.85/hr, Sat $40.62/hr and Sun $47.39/hr

The Role
Prepare high-volume coffees to a consistently high standard
Produce consistent and strong latte art
Manage the barista station autonomously while working as part of a team




Deliver exceptional customer service to regular club members and guests
Accurately take orders and process payments for food and beverages
Keep the work area clean, organised and well stocked
Assist in the Bistro and with onsite functions and events as required
Complete basic food preparation when required

Essential Requirements
A minimum of six months’ barista experience
Solid coffee-making and latte art skills
Availability to start at 6:15 am and work until 3:30 pm on Monday or Tuesday, with availability for both days preferred
Quick, effective and confident working in a busy environment
Well presented with a solid work ethic
Ability to assist with stocktakes, ordering and stock rotation
A current NSW RSA
Valid Australian working rights
Ability to commit to the role for at least six months
