Woolly Bay Hotel is searching for a highly skilled Cook for their busy kitchen in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join its award winning team.

Position is for an immediate start and requiring availability across both day and afternoon shifts Monday-Sunday.

As a Cook you will be working in the main kitchen kitchen preparing various cuisine and you will be responsible for a range of duties that include the below.

About the role
Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
Assist in the productive running of Kitchen operations
Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.




Assisting the Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
Preparing meat and fish and cook dishes per menu
Assisting with the management of health and safety.

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High food standards in taste and presentation
