Civil Supervisor – Early Works & Bulk Earthworks

A strong opportunity for an experienced Civil Supervisor who wants secure work, a well-resourced site team and the support to run projects properly.

This contractor has a robust pipeline of secured work across early works, bulk earthworks, excavation and civil infrastructure projects. You will be joining a business with experienced Project Managers, Engineers, Leading Hands, reliable plant and established subcontractors.

The role You will take ownership of day-to-day site delivery, including:
Supervising crews, operators and subcontractors
Coordinating plant, labour and materials




Managing early works, bulk earthworks, excavation and drainage activities
Keeping works safe, productive and on programme
Running pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily site coordination
Managing quality checks, inspections and site documentation
Working closely with the Project Manager and Engineers
Identifying issues early and keeping the project moving

What you will need
Min 5 years expereince as a Supervisor across early works or deep excavataion earthworks
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple work fronts
Valuable understanding of site safety, quality and productivity
Ability to read drawings and coordinate plant, crews and subcontractors
White Card and current driver licence
Solid communication and a practical, hands-on approach
