About the role:
This company is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative & Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, as well as performing office administration and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and respond in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders
Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies




Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Perform general office administration duties, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness
Assist with data entry tasks, such as updating customer records and inputting sales data into the company database
Support other team members and departments as needed

About you:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
