PRODUCTION & ASSEMBLY WORKERS | SMITHFIELD
IMMEDIATE START | MONDAY–FRIDAY | ONGOING WORK | DAY SHIFT

We are currently seeking reliable Production & Assembly Workers to join a busy manufacturing facility in Smithfield, working with a leading manufacturer of windows and doors.
About the Role You will be working as part of a production team, assisting with the manufacturing, assembly and preparation of windows and doors for customer orders.

Duties will include:
Assembling aluminium window and door frames
Using hand and power tools
Measuring, cutting and preparing materials
Installing components, fittings and hardware
Assisting with glazing and handling glass products
Quality checking finished products
Packing and preparing products for dispatch
Manual handling of materials and finished products
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following all WHS and company procedures

About You We are looking for candidates who are:




Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Previous production, manufacturing, assembly or factory experience preferred
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Safety-conscious with a robust work ethic
Have reliable transport to Smithfield

Previous experience in windows, doors, aluminium, glazing, construction, manufacturing or assembly will be highly regarded.
What's on Offer?
Ongoing Monday–Friday work
Consistent day-shift hours 6am to 2pm, $32ph
