Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of PVC bends and fittings for the electrical, communications and civil industries. We have 2 locations in Brisbane and 1 in Melbourne.

We are looking for a warehouse supervisor to step in immediately and drive the energy, culture and output of our staff and operation.

Key Responsibilities: (Very Hands On Role)
Supervise and motivate your team: Assign tasks, monitor performance, train staff, and run shift briefings.
Manage operations: Oversee receiving, storing , picking, and dispatch to ensure orders are accurate and on time.
Safety: Ensure compliance with WHS policies, conduct safety checks, and promote a safe work workplace.
Performance: Monitor KPIs (pick rates, accuracy, dispatch times) and support process improvements.




Communication: Coordinate with supervisors, inventory, and transport teams; escalate issues when needed.
Systems: Must have SAP (equivalent) experience , RF scanners, track workflow, and maintain accurate reporting

Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Warehouse/logistics experience with team leadership or supervision
Knowledge of SAP, WMS and RF scanners
Must be willing to work hands on & help out your team
Solid communication, problem-solving, and ability to meet deadlines
Inventory control experience
Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar leadership position.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
A proactive, organised and hands-on leadership style with a strong customer focus.
