About the role

Moduline is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Factory Labourer to join our manufacturing team in Ingham, QLD. As a Factory Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our production processes and contributing to the overall success of our business. What you'll be doing
Assisting with the assembly, fabrication, and production of our high-quality manufactured joinery products
Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure products meet the required standards
Performing general laboring duties such as loading, unloading, and moving materials and products
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Following all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a factory or production labourer, or in a similar hands-on role
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role




Familiarity with the use of basic hand tools and machinery
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
