We have just mobilised 4 x new camps in Central Queensland and have an exciting prospect for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Moura, Central Qld.

This role is 14 days on, 7 days off 10 hour days and is drive-in, drive-out, therefore locals are encouraged to apply.

The Position
You will be responsible for leading a team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations
You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside management to achieve desired results
This is a physical, hands-on role, where you are expected to also work alongside the team

The Person




Proven experience in a similar supervisory role- Mine Site and Housekeeping Cleaning experience will be highly regarded
Commercial experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable)
Open Australian Drivers License
Ability to lead a successful team and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the team’s overall performance
Commitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, implement and evaluate training and procedures
