Job Description

HCF invites you to join our Parramatta contact centre as a Provider Services Officer, delivering high-quality phone support to our providers and members. You will handle inbound enquiries from doctors, hospital teams and members with professionalism and accuracy.

This 6-month full time role requires two in-office days weekly, with hybrid options. You'll work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, handling 50–70 calls daily and resolving complex issues within SLAs.
