Job Description

Civeo Australia is seeking an accomplished Sous Chef to lead culinary performance in our Bowen Basin villages in Queensland. You will own end-to-end kitchen operations, set standards, build capability and ensure consistent quality at scale in a rapid-paced workplace.

This senior leadership role offers a 14:7 roster and requires Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, experience in high-volume kitchens, and solid budgeting and ISO QA knowledge.
