Knotted Australia is opening a current Hyde Park location in October 2026 and seeks a Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry kitchen from day one. You will train the team, establish production routines and ensure high standards of quality and presentation for signature pastries.

This hands-on leadership role requires managing daily production, staff rostering, stock control and food safety while collaborating with management to improve product quality and cost efficiency.
