Job Description
Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our brand new store in Hurstville. You will lead a passionate team of Beauty Advisors and Department Managers, reporting to the District Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager.
The role is full time (38 hours) with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance. As Store Manager, you will drive selling culture, develop internal talent, and leverage data to guide operational decisions.
