Your focus will be on maximising rental revenues, controlling and building a strong community fabric for our property owners and residents.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Management: Oversee all leasing and building operations while growing our property portfolio in NorwestClient Relations: Act as the primary liaison between property owners and tenants to ensure high satisfaction.Compliance and Safety: Ensure the property meets all safety compliance, schedule routine smoke alarm battery replacement and maintenance.
Keep records of all safety checks.Marketing & Leasing:
