As a Spray Seal Foreman with our Rockhampton Asphalt team, you'll play a key role in leading crews and delivering spray seal projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard across the Rockhampton region. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you can use your technical expertise, support and develop your team, and contribute to major infrastructure projects. Your day will involve:
Demonstrate the ability & knowledge of spray sealing applications.
Promote team effectiveness to achieve positive project delivery outcomes.
Follow Allens Asphalt HSEQ & Quality standards.
Lead daily prestart meetings & toolbox talks.
Maintain daily job site records.




Work together with your team to continuously improve the work methods and processes to deliver quality and safe outcomes.

What are we looking for?
Previous industry experience – Asphalt or Civil construction
Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Spray Sealing will be highly regarded
A robust commitment to safety and the workplace along with a superior customer focus
Computer skills to utilize daily management systems
An attitude and commitment that will fit a highly motivated team workplace
Driver License and white card essential
