About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical maintenance activities across the plant to ensure secure, effective, and reliable operations.
Shift Details: Fixed day shift Monday to Friday (6am to 2pm)

What you’ll do:
Lead and coordinate electrical maintenance activities across the site
Improve plant reliability and maintenance performance
Support projects, shutdowns and contractor activities
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records
Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and maximise production output

What You Will Bring:
Current Queensland Electrical Licence
Experience in FMCG manufacturing workplace
Ability to lead, coach and influence teams in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
