About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to support the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio while developing your own portfolio under the guidance of the Senior Property Manager.

Reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:




Conducting routine inspections and preparing entry and exit reports
Assisting the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio tasks
Managing a portion of your own portfolio as you build experience
Building robust relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trusted trades

About You

The successful candidate will have:
1–2 years' property management experience
Current Real Estate Certificate & driver's licence
Confident communication skills, especially over the phone
Positive attitude with a strong team and culture fit focus
Experience with PropertyMe (highly regarded)
