The Position:
Mainly daytime shifts with nighttime functions
Assist Sous Chefs in running daily kitchen operations across assigned outlets.
Step in to lead the kitchen or cover for the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs when needed.
Supervise section prep and food service to maintain high quality standards.
Ensure consistent food presentation and accurate portion control for every dish.
Help plan and execute menus,



including daily café specials and catering orders.

The Person:
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional culinary experience.
Proven background working in function and catering environments.
Deep understanding of food safety standards, including temperature danger zones, allergens, labeling, and storage protocols.
Ability to work alone and unsupervised while still following overall direction.
Excellent leadership, team building, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
