Barista – Full time

$26.71 per hour + Penalty Rates + 12% Superannuation
Convenient location directly opposite Brisbane Airport
Roster available: Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm
Parking available on-site

We’re also very experienced at looking after the food and beverage needs of corporate offices, distribution centres and manufacturing facilities.

THE POSITION
Utilise your solid understanding to prepare top-notch coffee and drinks with consistency and precision
Responsible for cleaning, stock control, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
Speed, efficiency and quality is vital - as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
Provide friendly, welcoming service, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
Basic food prep and function support when required

THE PERSON:
Must have a solid understanding of coffee,



brewing methods & grind adjustments to create a variety of coffees
Have Barista experience and are comfortable at producing high-quality coffees
Barista Qualifications are highly regarded
Strong communication skills and qualified personal presentation
Strong work ethic - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
Willing to apply for a Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
