Actively participate in St. Patrick's Professional Learning Community and work closely with colleagues
Display a sound understanding of evidence based Literacy programs and contemporary teaching approaches to Mathematics
Demonstrate knowledge about explicit teaching and structured literacy
Monitor and assess learners using data to plan for future success
Understand how learners learn and how best to meet their needs

Key Selection Criteria
Understanding and Commitment to Catholic Identity and Mission;
Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or be eligible for registration);
A current or be willing to obtain an Accreditation to teach Religious Education Certificate;
Demonstrated high-level knowledge of Victorian Curriculum and the AITSL standards with best practice, evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning;
Evidence of effective strategies for fostering a safe and positive classroom environment;
Experience collaborating effectively with colleagues in planning, instruction, and assessment.
