The Department of Health, Tasmania, is seeking a permanent, full-time Diversional Therapist to deliver a social support program at the Latrobe Adult Day Centre, focusing on wellness and reablement in a warm, client-centered setting.
You will work in a small team to plan and implement individual client care activities and group programs for older persons and those with disability, aligned with the Aged Care Framework.
