As a Mobile Service Technician, you will manage your own day, attend customer sites, and keep critical equipment operating safely and efficiently.
n
You will report to the Service Manager and work closely with workshop teams, parts specialists, and customers across the Perth metro area.
n
Your work directly supports Motion's goal of delivering reliable industrial solutions that keep Australian industries moving.
n
Key Duties:
n
n
Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of a range of equipment and machinery
n




Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems efficiently
n
Collaborate with customers to understand equipment issues and provide professional service solutions
n
Maintain accurate service reports and documentation in line with company standards
n
Adhere to safety protocols and always promote a safe working environment
n
Manage parts inventory and coordinate with workshops as required
n
n
Qualifications & Skills:
n
n
Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience in mobile plant or heavy equipment servicing
n
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skills
n
Proven experience working as a mobile technician in a field service environment
n
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
n
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Current driver's license; heavy vehicle license and forklift ticket advantageous
n
Willingness to travel within the Perth metro area and surrounding regions
n
