Join Advara HeartCare in this unique ***** hybrid role, combining medical reception and administration with cardiac technician duties based predominantly at our Armadale clinic.
n
You'll be an important part of both the patient journey and the clinical team, with variety built into your day.

What you'll be doing
n
50% Reception & Administration
n
n
Welcoming and supporting patients
n
Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
n
Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing
n
Providing accurate and efficient administration
n
Supporting doctors and the wider clinic team
n
Performing cardiac diagnostic testing including ECGs and Holter monitoring
n
Preparing patients and equipment for testing
n
Assisting with cardiac investigations and ensuring high-quality recordings
n
Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day cardiac services
n
Maintaining accurate clinical records and following established protocols
n

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who:

Has a genuine passion for patient care

Is confident, organised and professional
n
Has strong communication and attention to detail
n
Enjoys both clinical and administrative work
n
Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
n
Works well independently and as part of a team
n
n
Experience in cardiac diagnostics, medical reception or healthcare is highly regarded. Training may be provided for the right person.
