Job Description
n
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Individual and Regular Giving campaigns across acquisition, appeals, supporter engagement, and retention
n
Support the ongoing delivery and development of the Regular Giving program
n
Assist in developing campaign content and assets across relevant channels
n
Support fundraising platforms, digital systems, CRM data processes, and agreed supporter journeys
n
Monitor campaign performance and maintain reporting
n
Use donor data to identify opportunities for testing and optimisation
n
Work with internal marketing and fundraising teams, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely campaign delivery
n
Create high-quality supporter communications that drive engagement and sustainable revenue growth
n
Report to the Fundraising Growth Manager and work under the strategic direction of the Individual Giving Specialist
n
Deliver Individual and Regular Giving programs across Australia and Current Zealand
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Hands-on experience in fundraising, digital fundraising, or individual giving
n
Proven track record coordinating multi-channel campaigns from planning through delivery
n
Experience growing a subscriber, customer, or donor base within the not-for-profit sector is highly regarded
n
Familiarity with digital and email fundraising platforms and CRM systems
n
Understanding of segmentation, data processes, and automated supporter journeys
n
Storytelling ability and ability to turn campaign stories into compelling donor value propositions
n
Strong process management, project coordination, and prioritisation skills
n




Ability to use reporting and data insights to support campaign optimisation
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to manage competing demands and work effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers
n
Positive, proactive, and creative problem-solving mindset
