Job Description
Uniting Country SA is seeking a Child and Youth Practitioner in Port Augusta to provide culturally safe, trauma-aware support to Aboriginal children, young people, and families.
You will deliver case management, practical help, advocacy and warm referrals to strengthen safety, wellbeing, and connection to culture.
