Hourly Rate $33 – $36 AUD plus overtime.

Responsibilities:
n
n
Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, fertilising and watering to ensure optimal playing conditions.
n




Implement turf management programs, including pest control and weed eradication, to maintain the health and appearance of greens, fairways and roughs.
n
Operate and maintain golf course equipment and machinery to ensure their proper functionality.
n
Collaborate with the team to execute course improvement projects, such as bunker renovation and landscaping enhancements.
n
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the golf course.
n
Actively contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovative approaches to enhance the overall golfing experience.

Requirements:
n
n
Previous experience as a
Greenkeeper/Groundsperson
or in a similar role is preferred.
n
Sound knowledge of turf management practices, including fertilisation, irrigation and disease prevention.
n
Proficiency in operating and maintaining turf equipment and machinery.
n
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve course maintenance issues.
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
n
