The Opportunity
n
The Childcare Worker is accountable to the Childcare Curriculum Coordinator for the efficient provision of quality care ensuring the education, health, safety and welfare of the children in care.
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Relevant Certificate III qualification or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience to perform duties at this level.
n
Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, staff and students, and work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
n
Demonstrated understanding of childcare practices, including meeting children's day-to-day needs, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, following policies and procedures, and applying Work Health and Safety requirements.
n

What You Need to Know
n
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
n
