The State Revenue Office in Melbourne is seeking Junior Litigation Lawyers (Solicitor Level 3 VPS Grade 4) for in-house advisory and litigation work. You will handle litigation matters arising from acts administered by the SRO, including stamp duty, payroll tax and land tax, under mentorship.

You will conduct research, prepare cases for VCATS and the courts, brief Counsel, and interact with internal teams, customers and their legal representatives in a cooperative environment.
