Manufacturing Assemblers needed for a fast paced and growing manufacturing company located in Mascot, TN. Starting pay range is $***** to $***** per hour. Shift hours are 5:00 AM until 1:30 PM, with occasional overtime available.

Job Description
n
Manufacturing staff disassemble, recondition, remanufacture, and reassemble used rail bearings and also assemble new rail bearings.

Dress Code

Short sleeve shirt, pants (or shorts in some departments), safety glasses, and safety shoes (steel or composite)

Essential Duties
n
n
Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
n
Maintain concentration throughout the shift to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Read and transcribe numbers from a screen to paper accurately.
n
Maintain awareness of daily production quotas and work to achieve them.
n
Operate effectively in a quick-paced environment.
n

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or GED
n
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
n
Strong concentration and attention to detail.
n
Proficiency in reading and transcribing numerical data.
n
Awareness of and commitment to meeting daily production goals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting.
