Job Description
n
Own the end-to-end client experience for an SMB client portfolio, from onboarding through renewal
n
Renew and grow the client portfolio, owning retention and identifying expansion opportunities
n
Build commercial relationships across accounts and develop value stories that drive retention and inform future products
n
Serve as the first point of contact for client product and solution questions
n
Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely answers
n
Become an expert in IBISWorld's product portfolio and research methodology
n
Champion IBISWorld products and solutions to prospects and clients across Europe
n
Ensure SMB clients achieve desired outcomes
n
Present product value to clients and relay client feedback and market demand to the business
n
Recommend insights and strategies that advance client projects
n

Requirements
n
n
Some experience in a customer success, client services or account management role is preferred
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting in front of a room
n
Confidence presenting to a large audience
n
Curiosity about different industries and comfort engaging with clients across a wide range of backgrounds
n
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
n




Solid organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
n
Team-first mindset and willingness to collaborate with other departments
n
Independence to manage an assigned client portfolio
n
Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
n
