Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft technologies solutions;
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
n
Provide technical expertise and guidance in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server;
n
Develop and maintain coding standards, best practices, and documentation for Microsoft technologies projects;
n




Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met on time and within budget;
n
Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality solutions;
n
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Microsoft technologies;
n
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the development process to enhance efficiency and productivity.
