O'Brien® Glass is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Perth Commercial (Heavy Vehicles) team as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter located in Kewdale.
n
This is a hands‐on role where you'll earn while you learn, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and build a long‐term career in the Automotive Glass industry.

About the Role
n
As an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, you will:
n
n
Complete the O'Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program
n
Learn to repair and replace glass on all types of motor vehicles to Australian standards
n
Perform windscreen re‐calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
n
Carry out glass repairs on heavy vehicles (Bus and Trucks)
n
Deliver exceptional customer service
n
Work professionally, safely and efficiently as part of a supportive team
n
n
This is on‐the‐job learning with strong support from experienced Technicians and our In‐House Technical Trainers.

What We're Looking For

Automotive industry experience (highly regarded)
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Excellent work ethic and reliability
n
Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products
n
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
n
Must be able to drive both Automatic and Manual vehicles
n
Strong organisational and time‐management skills
n
Commitment to personal development and achieving results
