Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a passionate Aboriginal Family Worker to join our Family Connect & Support team in Southwest Sydney. This full time role focuses on culturally safe casework with Aboriginal children, young people and families, supporting wellbeing, safety and connection to community.
You will build trusting relationships, develop strengths-based plans and coordinate services to ensure timely access to support, with a strong emphasis on Aboriginal perspective and community partnerships.
