Vantage is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia. The role will manage day‐to‐day HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, compliance, and HR process improvement, while working closely with management, Finance, Talent and external service providers.

Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll coordination, visa applications where applicable, leave management, and HR data reporting.
