We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Inventory Production Supervisor to join our Commercial team working daily within operations. Acting as a brand ambassador for ACC, this role plays a key part in aligning inventory, production, and quality performance to deliver outstanding internal service and operational excellence.

About the Role
n
The Inventory Production Supervisor will take ownership of inventory accuracy, production performance, and quality outcomes across Primary and Further processing.
n
Working closely with internal stakeholders across production, sales, logistics, and management, you will ensure production plans are achieved, stock integrity is maintained, and operational performance continues to improve.
n
This is a broad, hands-on position offering exposure across multiple areas of the business and the opportunity to build robust cross-functional capability.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Work closely with internal stakeholders and production teams on the factory floor to ensure production plans, inventory requirements, and performance expectations are achieved
n
Prepare, analyse, and utilise daily and weekly reports on yields, piece count compliance, order compliance, stock on hand (SOH), and key performance indicators (KPIs)
n
Support specification development, implementation, and compliance, including market-specific requirements
n
Take end-to-end ownership of quality outcomes across primary and further processing
n




Support cross-functional coordination across production, sales, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery
n
Understand production constraints and proactively maximise volume, capability, and operational efficiency
n
Conduct regular stock checks and quality inspections at cold storage facilities
n
Travel to affiliated production sites to support operational alignment and business improvement initiatives
n
Facilitate weekly operational, performance, and continuous improvement meetings
n
Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency gains, and continuous improvement across inventory and production flow
n
Apply commercial and operational awareness, including understanding cost drivers and inventory impacts, to support informed decision-making
n

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
n

Experience in production supervision, inventory management, or food/meat processing environments
n
Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting operational and KPI reporting
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
High attention to detail, particularly regarding inventory accuracy and quality compliance
n
Commercial awareness and understanding of cost drivers
n
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong internal alignment
n
A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
n
Flexibility to support onsite production supervision
