You'll lead a multidisciplinary team (dev, SharePoint,

What you'll be doing
n

Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of developers, SharePoint engineers, and AI specialists
n
Creating clarity around priorities, expectations, and what "good delivery" actually looks like
n
Running regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career planning (yes, the meaningful kind)
n
Partnering with Project Managers, Consultants, and the PMO to keep delivery on track
n
Translating high-level requirements into transparent, actionable work for your team
n
Managing capacity, resourcing, and priorities across multiple workstreams
n
Identifying risks early and removing blockers before they become "urgent"
n
Ensuring consistent delivery standards
