Key Responsibilities
Partner with hotel leaders to build capability in performance management, coaching, feedback and team engagement
Provide timely, practical advice on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes and conflict resolution
Lead ER investigations end to end, keeping documentation and reporting accurate and consistent
Guide leaders through ER cases to fair, consistent and compliant outcomes, escalating complex matters to the NSW hotels P&C; manager
Support end-to-end recruitment, helping leaders interview and select outstanding talent




Own the onboarding experience, driving strong integration, engagement and early retention for new starters
Design and deliver initiatives that lift engagement and retention, from team awards to team-building activities
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, and support workplace health and safety, injury management and return-to-work processes
What You'll Bring
Diploma or degree in human resources or a related field
2+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, with exposure to employee relations
Sound understanding of local employment legislation and HR best practice
Proven experience coaching and influencing leaders
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident communicator, able to build relationships across all levels
Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-focused
