Compass Group Pty Limited in Queensland is seeking Line Chefs to join a large catering team on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.
The role involves buffet-style cooking for Breakfast, Crib Lunch, Dinner and Desserts, with DIDO from Central QLD or FIFO from Brisbane available.
You will work with a team of Chefs, Kitchen Utilities and Dining Room staff, ensure OH&S; and food safety, minimise wastage, and help develop the kitchen.
