We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and passionate Principal Stakeholder and Social Services Consultant to join our thriving Brisbane office.
Responsibilities




Using your demonstrated business development capability by identifying opportunities, building client relationships and contributing to or leading proposals
Shaping and delivering meaningful stakeholder engagement by leading planning, management and implementation of activities
Being a trusted advisor on regulatory and approvals processes
Guiding clients through complex environments with confidence
Using your strong consulting and commercial capabilities, including scoping work and managing client expectations
Having the ability to travel, engaging directly with stakeholders and facilitating open, constructive conversations that lead to better outcomes
Working towards something that genuinely matters – to communities, to clients and to the future of our team
Your Expertise and Skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally in Social Science or Social Planning
15+ years in stakeholder engagement planning and implementation roles
Experience in Social Impact Assessment and management planning preferred
Previous experience with project management preferrable
Knowledge and experience with cultural heritage and traditional owner engagement highly regarded
