Proven agency recruitment experience - someone who wants to be
rewarded for the effort they put in
Experience working within the industries of Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Government (highly desirable, but not essential)
A
genuine passion
for recruitment and a strong drive to hit and exceed targets -
you will be set up for success not failure
Confident communication skills, written and verbal

THE ROLE.
You will work closely alongside one of our highly respected Division Managers, gaining exposure to a thriving,



well-established desk while playing a key role in its continued growth.
You will be equipped with the tools, support, and autonomy to own your results.
This is not a passive position.
You will:
Manage and grow candidate and client portfolios
Drive business development initiatives with purpose and pace
Attend and lead candidate and client meetings
Interview, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates
Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Finalise placements and deliver exceptional outcomes
Mentor and support junior consultants as you grow
