We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Audiology Training Team!
This is an exciting prospect for a vibrant and enthusiastic Qualified Practitioner who is driven and keen to share their wealth of experience, to join our Audiology Training Team.
The ideal candidate should be able to up-skill our practitioners using their superior clinical and product knowledge.
They should also be able to connect with our practitioners in an engaging and energetic manner.
Job responsibilities:
Deliver practitioner coaching programs
Prepare training plans for identified areas of improvement
Train through a variety of methodologies including e-learning, online and face-to-face sessions
Conduct induction programs for new practitioners
Administer on-the-job training
Develop and update training modules
Support interns and OSTA on internship journey
The ideal candidate:
QP audiologist for a minimum of one year
Have supervised university students and or new graduates
Passion for training and service excellence
Confident public speaker
Have knowledge of MS Office Suite
Willing to travel
Highly organised and deadline driven
Proven leader with the ability to deliver results
About the role:
Applicants must be based in Metro Location in either Victoria or New South Wales but will provide training coverage beyond your home state
