You will be joining a business with a 25+ year history in providing residential and commercial rectification and coating solutions to the South East Queensland market.
With a strong pipeline of business and the experience to service Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects, this is an exciting phase to be joining the business.
Due to continued growth, this administrator position will manage the day to day flow of work in the business.
From providing support to the Managing Director to ensuring field staff have the support they need to get on with the job!

Contribute to new systems and processes:
You'll support the Business Manager in shaping the administrative systems and processes, not just maintain what's already there.

What You Will Be Working On
You will be the person managing the day to day and ensuring the "i's are dotted and the "t`s crossed"!
You will have real scope to bring your own ideas which will be heard and appreciated!
You will be responsible for;
Managing business inbox
Follow up to ensure enquiries and managed
Invoicing
Allocate purchase orders to jobs
Travel and accommodation
Collect mail and ensure office consumables are managed
Provide support to Managing Director and Business Manager as required

You're someone who takes ownership without needing to be asked twice.
You spot inefficiencies before they become issues, you communicate clearly across every level of a business, and you genuinely enjoy bringing order to a growing, fast-moving workplace.
You're adaptable, you're discreet with sensitive information, and you're driven to keep learning, whether that's new systems, new software, or new ways of doing things better.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
Prior experience in an administration position
AroFlo experience highly regarded
Experience working in project/building/construction environments preferred but not essential
Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort picking up recent systems and tools
A proactive nature where you don't wait to be asked
Strong organisational skills
Finance/invoicing exposure would also be advantageous
