We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated team member to join our Sales & Technical team. This is a customer-facing position within our organisation and we are seeking someone who has excellent communications skills along with a love of high-performance vehicles.
n
About the Role
n
n
Day-to-day telephone and email support, ranging from sales enquiries and quotes to detailed customer interaction and problem-solving.
n
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
n
Providing technical and sales support to dealers and customers.
n
Fault Finding – Troubleshooting electrical installations, mechanical problems and computer software installation issues.
n




May include in-field technical support at race meetings and customer premises (some travel and weekend work involved).
n
May include dynamometer testing and engine tuning.
n
Assisting with software and firmware development.
n
Preparation and maintenance of internal and external technical documentation.
n
Setup and maintenance of customer files and documentation in accordance with standard procedures
n
n
About You
n
n
2 years experience working in a similar role
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to identify customer needs and challenges
n
Networking ability
n
High level of Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM and other related software)
n
A keen passion for performance cars and electronic technology products
n
Working knowledge of aftermarket engine management systems and electronic fuel injection systems
n
Sound knowledge of internal combustion engines, performance modifications and forced induction systems
n
Strong self-management skills with the ability to work unsupervised and to tight deadlines.
n
Excellent drive and initiative, proactive desire to learn and grow within the company.
