Security Shift Manager – Expression of Interest
The Security Shift Manager is responsible for the daily organisation and running of Security shifts and ensures that there are sufficient Security personnel on shift to enable them to perform their duties effectively.

Main responsibilities and duties include:
Providing leadership, support and guidance to the security team.
Preparing detailed incident and investigative reports in a clear and precise manner.
Adhering to all legislative and compliance requirements.
Conducting investigations as assigned.
Preparing daily work schedules.
Coordinating emergency situations.
Reviewing Security activities.
To be considered for this position you will be:
Critical Thinking- Demonstrated ability to using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Judgement and Decision Making- Considering the various options, identify and implement the most appropriate solution to the issue.




Relationship Management- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
Conflict Management and Negotiating with Others- Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances and conflicts.
Established knowledge and skills using computer-based Office systems, including Office 365 and Excel
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Requirements
Due to the nature of these roles, all applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents or have an unrestricted right to work indefinitely in Australia and be 18 years or older to apply.
You must also be available to work on a rotating 24/7 shift work roster on a full-time, ongoing basis.
You will also need to be eligible to obtain a Casino Employee Licence (view the link for licence conditions ).
